Ok, I want to talk about this stupid image posted by shesquats tumblr! It’s been getting a lot of traction lately and it’s time to expose. This blog just shows that hey if you squat you can have an ass like that. But that wrong for two reasons, it’s edited to all shit and the girl in the picture definitely has a natural butt. I hate that whole “squat to have an ass” bullshit. You are building muscle. You don’t have an ass you are fit. The person in the Photoshop has an ass. But back on to topic.
Stop promoting this crap with “Squats for ass”, “follow for fitspo”, She has a nice ass don’t get me wrong. It just didn’t come from squats, you’d be able to tell if it did and the black and white version is fake!
